• Using collaborative tools and competency-driven courses of study to reduce production time, improve quality, and emphasize real-world relevance in the classroom
• Producing a series of versatile, multimedia-rich solutions that will engage the "Net" generation for a lower cost than standard textbook curricula
• Using the Internet, word of mouth, and direct sales to distribute these products in order to promote personal relationships between the product development team and the end-users
