At the 9th annual Corporate & Executive Chefs' Taste Summit in Chicago, KP Education Systems President Nai Wang was awarded a gold medal for superior quality (2 years in a row) by Chef Jesse Sartain and the American Masters of Taste for the Sous Chef's impact on culinary arts education. The Sous Chef was awarded this prestigious medal by the 10 member judging panel of Chefs in America and Chef Jesse Sartain after a rigorous review period and assessment of the product.

Awarded Gold Level Sponsor at FENI (Food Educators Network International) for bringing the social network to its conference attendees. KP taught and enabled over 100 the conference’s 250 culinary arts educators to utilize modern social networking tools such as Twitter, Facebook, Wikis, and Blogs over the course of three days.
